Breakfast Burrito
- 2 Large eggs
- Kosher salt
- coarse black pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 flour tortilla
- 0.333 c shredded cheese
- 3 deli ham or turkey slices
- 2 crispy bacon slices
- 0.25 c Baby spinach
- 0.5 Avocado, sliced

Preparing the eggs
1. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in a hot nonstick skillet.
3. Add eggs and swirl pan to evenly coat with eggs.
4. Lay tortilla on top and then flip tortilla over to coat both sides with egg.
5. Cook for 30 seconds or so and then flip the entire thing over (egg and all).
Adding the toppings
1. Lower heat and then top one side with cheese, ham, bacon, spinach, and avocado.
2. Carefully transfer to a cutting board.
3. Roll into a wrap and slice in half.
4. Enjoy!
