Main ingredients
- 400 grams Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Tahini, or more, to taste
- 0.5 tsp Salt, or more, to taste
- Fresh lemon juice, from half a lemon
- 0.5 tsp Ground cumin
- 60 ml Water
- Paprika, a pinch
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Chickpeas, a few to decorate

1. Drain canned chickpeas. If you want your smoothies to be extra smooth and have a little more time, you can peel the chickpeas by squishing them in a bowl of water. We usually don't do this.
2. Add all ingredients to your blender or food processor and blend until creamy. Add little sips of water to get to the desired texture.
3. Garnish with chickpeas, olive oil and paprika powder.
