- 5 tbsp cocoa/cacao powder
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 0.333 cup date syrup
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract, or 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- Unsweetened Chocolate chips

Preheat Oven
1. Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare the Dry Ingredients
1. Combine tiger nut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
2. Break up any clumps of tiger nut flour.
Prepare the Wet Ingredients
1. In another bowl combine mashed banana, date syrup, vanilla, and apple cider vinegar.
2. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Bake It
1. Add batter to a parchment-lined loaf pan.
2. Top with chocolate chips.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Final Step
1. Allow to cool before cutting.
