Ingredients

Pizza Mozzarella
- 400 g Mozzarella, good quality, low moisture
- 2 c Flour, for coating
- 2 pcs Eggs, for egg mixture
- 2 c Breadcrumbs
- 500 ml Cooking oil, for deep-frying
Hot Honey Sauce
- 150 ml Honey
- 1 tbsp Chili flakes
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Sriracha

Directions

Prepare Mozzarella Popsicle
1. Chop the good quality pizza mozzarella into small, bite-sized pieces.
2. Melt the mozzarella in a pan over low heat until it becomes a smooth consistency.
3. Place the melted mozzarella into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Coating Process
1. Remove the mozzarella popsicles from the molds.
2. Coat each popsicle by dipping it first in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in breadcrumbs. Ensure each popsicle is evenly coated.
Deep-frying
1. Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pan to 350°F (180°C).
2. Carefully place the coated mozzarella popsicles into the hot oil.
3. Fry until they turn golden brown, ensuring an even and crispy coating.
Hot Honey Sauce
1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, chili flakes, minced garlic, and sriracha.
2. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously until well combined and heated through. Remove from heat.
Serve
1. Once the mozzarella popsicles are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the oil and let them drain on a paper towel.
2. Serve the deep-fried mozzarella popsicles with the homemade hot honey sauce on the side.
