- 1.5 lb salmon
- 0.5 c Soy sauce
- 0.25 c teriyaki sauce
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp ginger puree
- 0.25 c broth
- 0.5 tbsp Cornstarch
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, for garnish

Preparing the Salmon and Sauce
1. Cube up your salmon.
2. Then to a bowl add all of your sauce ingredients (soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger purée).
3. Throw your salmon in the sauce and coat.
Cooking the Salmon
1. Then to a hot pan add your salmon and crisp them up while cooking all the way through.
2. Remove from the pan and add your sauce.
3. Mix together your cornstarch.
4. Add to your sauce and let it thicken.
Finalizing the Dish
1. Then add your salmon back in, coating it.
2. Add sesame seeds.
3. Serve over white rice and top with green onions.
