- 8 squid, cleaned and cut into tubes
- 0.75 c Milk
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 c Flour
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp old bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 3 c Canola oil

Preparation of squid
1. In a small bowl add milk and vinegar and whisk together.
2. Cut your squid into circles.
3. Add your squid to your milk and vinegar mixture and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
4. Mix your flour and cornstarch with seasonings.
5. Dredge your calamari in the flour cornstarch mixture.
Deep frying the calamari
1. Heat oil to 365 F.
2. Fry your calamari until it is golden brown.
3. Drain on a paper towel.
4. Enjoy!
