- 1 c Heavy cream
- 1 c Spinach

2. Add smashed garlic and let simmer in butter until soft and fragrant.
3. Mix in sun dried tomatoes and oil and stir to fully combine.

7. Add cheese and simmer for 1-2 minutes until thick and creamy.
