- 2 c tteokbokki rice cake
Milk
- 2.5 c Milk
Cheese
- 0.25 c Cheddar cheese
Bacon
- 2 Bacon, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
Vegetables
- 0.5 c Broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 4 white mushrooms
- 3 clove Garlic, minced
Seasoning
- Black pepper, to taste

Directions

Boiling the Broccoli
1. In a small pot, boil the broccoli for a couple of minutes.
Cooking the Bacon and Vegetables
1. In a pan over medium heat, cook the bacon for a couple of minutes, then add in the minced garlic and mushrooms.
2. Cook for another 4 minutes.
Adding the Milk and Cheese
1. Add the milk into the pan, let it come to a simmer, then add in the cheddar cheese.
Final Steps
1. Add the rice cakes and the broccoli into the pan and let it cook for a few minutes until the rice cakes are soft.
2. Add black pepper to taste.
