- 2 tbsp Vegan butter
- 8 oz Mushrooms, minced
- 1 Sweet onion, minced
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 0.5 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 0.25 tsp coarse black pepper
- 0.125 tsp Dried thyme
- 0.5 c gluten free flour
- 2 c Chicken Broth
- 1 c unsweetened almond milk

Preparation of Ingredients
1. In a large saucepan melt butter over medium-high heat.
2. Once butter is melted add mushrooms, onion and garlic.
3. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
Sprinkling of Spices and Flour
1. Sprinkle in the pink Himalayan salt, coarse black pepper, thyme and gluten free flour over the mixture and stir to coat.
Adding Liquids and Simmering
1. Slowly stir in chicken broth and unsweetened almond milk.
2. Bring the mushroom soup to a low boil and simmer, stirring frequently, until thickened.
