Directions

Preparing the Chicken
1. In the medium skillet add canola oil. Set the temperature to medium high heat.
2. While your oil is heating up, chop your chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces.
3. Place your chopped chicken into a bowl and season with ground mustard, paprika, salt and pepper.
4. In a separate bowl mix flour and cornstarch, powdered sugar, salt and pepper.
5. Dip your chopped chicken into the flour mixture. Dust off the excess flour and dip into hot canola oil.
6. Cook chicken until golden brown and crispy. Internal temperature should reach 165° F. Once the chicken is finished remove and drain on a paper towel.
Preparing the Sliders
1. Using a bread knife, slice the whole sheet of Kings Hawaiian rolls in half. No need to separate them for this part.
2. Put the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls into a 9x18 glass baking dish.
3. Now start building your sliders.
4. Spread some chick-fil-a sauce on the bottom of the rolls, then add a layer of relish, a layer of chicken and finish by topping with more chick-fil-a sauce. Put the roll tops back on.
5. Drizzle your melted butter all over the tops of the sliders and top with grated parmesan cheese.
Baking the Sliders
1. Bake your sliders for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown at 375F.
2. Once your sliders are golden brown, remove them from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
3. Cut and serve. Enjoy!
