- 2.5 tbsp Oil
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.75 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp water

Directions

1. Start by preparing the Romaine lettuce. Cut off and discard the stem end of the romaine lettuce. Rinse the lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt.
2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the prepared lettuce and blanch it for about 45 seconds. Immediately remove the lettuce from the pot and drain it thoroughly. Place the drained lettuce on a serving plate.
3. Heat oil in a small saucepan over low heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water to the same pan, stir occasionally and cook until the sauce starts to thicken a little bit and everything is well combined.
4. Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the cooked lettuce on the serving plate.
5. Serve hot & enjoy.
