- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2.5 Tbs Maple syrup
- pinch Salt
- 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 Bananas, in diagonal slices
- 0.5 cup coconut flakes

1. In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla, syrup, salt and cinnamon. Whisk until fully incorporated.
2. Cover and chill in the fridge over night or until the chia hydrates.

4. Garnish with some coconut flakes.
