- 1 c filtered water
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon

1. Add sugar, cinnamon, and water to a saucepan and cook over medium-low heat.
2. Using a spatula, gently stir to help the sugar and cinnamon dissolve.
3. Bring the syrup to a boil and stir the saucepan to help dissolve.
4. Lower the heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes until it thickens and completely cools down.
5. Store inside a clean jar/container and refrigerate for up to a month.
6. Enjoy with any beverage or dessert of your choice.
