- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 6 Tbs Unsalted butter
- 1 Tbs Granulated sugar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 3 tsp Cinnamon
- Oil, for frying

1. Grab a large pot or saucepan.
2. Add the water, butter, salt and sugar and bring it to a rolling boil over medium heat.
3. Take it off the heat once it starts to boil.
4. Add your flour and mix with a wooden spoon or a plastic spatula.
5. Bring back to the heat and stir for about 30 seconds until the flour is completely combined.
6. Add the mixture to a stand mixer and let it come to room temperature.
7. On medium speed, turn the stand mixer on and add the eggs one at a time.
8. You may need an additional egg depending on the consistency so use at your judgment.
9. Heat your oil to 365 degrees.
10. Using a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip, add your mixture and pipe into the hot oil.
11. Pipe into the oil and use kitchen shears to cut once it reaches the oil.
12. Fry for about two minutes or until perfectly golden brown.
13. Place on a wire rack to drain the excess oil.
14. Add sugar and cinnamon to a bowl and mix.
15. Add hot churros to the cinnamon sugar until every crevice is filled.
16. Serve and enjoy!
