Ingredients

Chocolate Cake
- 6 oz Chocolate, freshly chopped
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1 stick Butter
- 0.25 c Sugar
- pinch of salt

Directions

Preparation
1. Start by preheating your oven to 450 and spraying your ramekins with cooking spray and lightly flouring the insides (so the cakes don’t stick).
Melting Butter and Chocolate
1. Melt your butter and chocolate together in the microwave or on the stovetop. I use the stovetop method so it doesn’t splatter.
Mixing Ingredients
1. Whisk together the sugar, salt, and eggs until fully incorporated.
2. Pour in your melted butter/chocolate mixture and whisk heavily.
Baking
1. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes. You want the sides to be set but the middle to still be slightly jiggly, don’t overcook these.
Serving
1. Let rest for 1 minute then flip onto a plate, top with powdered sugar and serve immediately!
