- 1 cup Parsley, washed and disinfected
- 0.66666666666666663 cup Sunflower seeds, toasted
- 2 clove Garlic
- 0.25 Onion, chopped
- 0.5 cup Olive oil
- 0.25 cup White wine vinegar
- 1 tsp ground dry oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Fresh black pepper
- 12 Large shrimp, headless
- pinch Salt flower

1. Place all the ingredients up to the pepper in a food processor and pulse until fully incorporated and you have a chunky sauce but homogenous. Keep to the side.
2. Heat up your charcoal grill. You can also use your oven on the broil setting.
3. Remove the shrimp shells but keep the heads and tails. Season with salt flower and brush them with your chimichurri oil.
4. Cook the shrimps on both sides until they get a bright orange color; careful not to over-cook them.
5. Serve with the sunflower seed chimichurri and enjoy.
