- 4 5-6 oz. cans tuna
- 0.75 c Caesar dressing
- 2 tsp Capers
- sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper, if necessary
- Celery, optional: finely diced
- Red onion, optional: finely sliced
- Chives, optional: finely sliced
Serving Ideas
- your favorite bread
- Romaine or Boston lettuce
- Bell peppers, cut in half with the stems and seeds removed
- cucumber slices
- Celery stalks

Draining and Preparing the Tuna
1. Drain the cans of tuna.
2. Add the tuna to a medium mixing bowl.
3. Add the Caesar dressing and use a fork to mix it all up and break up the chunks of tuna.
