- 1 Burrata Ball
- 2 TBS Chili Onion Crunch
- 1 Baguette, thinly sliced
- 3 TBS Olive oil
- Maldon Sea Salt

Directions

For the Crostinis
1. Preheat oven to 400º.
2. Line the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
3. Drizzle each slice with olive oil and salt.
4. Bake in the oven for about 5-10 minutes, or until the bread is fully toasted.
For the Burrata
1. On a plate, spoon about 3 tablespoons of chili onion crunch into the middle. Add extra of the chili oil to it, or drizzle a little extra olive oil on top.
2. Place the burrata ball on top of the chili onion crunch.
3. Drizzle olive oil, chili oil and add some flaky sea salt to the top.
4. Enjoy and serve with crostinis!
