- 1 lb ground chicken
- 0.5 tbsp Fresh ginger, Grated
- 0.5 c Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Scallion
- 0.25 tsp Onion powder
- 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt, To taste
- Olive oil, For searing
- 0.5 c Chicken Broth
- P.F. Chang's Mongolian Sauce

1. To prepare meatballs, add ground chicken and all the other ingredients (except chicken broth) in a bowl and mix together until well combined.
2. Shape mixture into meatballs, about 15 medium or 8-10 large.
3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
4. Add meatballs to skillet and sear until brown on all sides. About 2-3 minutes on each side.
5. Add 1/2 cup of broth and cover. Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes or until meatballs are fully cooked through.
6. Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add PF Chang’s Mongolian style BBQ sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add meatballs and toss them so they are evenly coated with sauce.
7. Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
