- 2 lb Chicken thighs, Cut into small cubes
- 2 tsp Hot honey
- 0.5 c Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Rice vinegar
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp Siracha
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 1 Bell peppers, Diced
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 c Broccoli

1. In bowl combine chicken thighs with all the ingredients for the marinade and set aside.
2. Dice all vegatables and set aside.
3. In a wok, heat a neutral oil and toss in marinated chicken thighs.
4. Cook chicken for 8-10 minutes and set aside.
5. In the same wok add in more oil and toss in onions and garlic and cook until translucent.
6. Add in bell peppers first and cook half way. Then add in broccoli.
7. Add back in the chicken and sauce and combine.
8. Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!
