- 2 Potatoes, 200g
- 3 tbsp glutinous rice flour
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- Mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp soya sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Corn starch
- 1 tbsp water
- Oil, for frying

Preparing the Potatoes
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces.
2. Boil it until soft.
3. Mash and strain. It has to be smooth.
4. Add Glutinous Rice Flour and salt.
5. Mix until combined.
6. Make patties with mozzarella cheese in the middle. Pack tightly.
7. Fry on lowest heat until golden on all sides.
Preparing the Sauce
1. In a pan, Add soya sauce, sugar and the mixture (Corn Flour and water).
2. Mix and cook until slightly thickens.
3. Turn off the heat and Add the mochi. Coat on both sides evenly.
Final Steps
1. Transfer to a plate.
