- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
Wet Ingredients
- 1 stick Unsalted butter, room temperature
- 0.25 c Sugar
- 0.75 c Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 1.24 oz bars Chocolate, cut up

Preparing the Dry Ingredients
1. Sift together your dry ingredients.
Preparing the Wet Ingredients
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer mix together butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, egg, and egg yolk.
2. Once smooth fold in your dry ingredients along with 2 bars of chocolate cut up. I left a little back to sprinkle on top before baking.
Baking the Cookie
1. Press flat into an oiled 10inch skillet and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.
2. Bring out and allow to sit for at least 15 minutes or longer if you want it to firm up.
3. Finish with whatever toppings you want and enjoy!
