- 2 c Almond flour, not packed
- 0.25 c Maple syrup, plus 2 tbsp
- 2.5 oz Dark chocolate
- 0.25 tsp Coconut oil
- 1 c coconut flakes
- 0.5 c Nature’s Charm Coconut Salted Caramel Sauce

Prepare the Cookie Dough
1. In a bowl, add your almond flour and maple syrup.
2. Mix to combine.
3. Add more maple syrup if it is too crumbly. It should stick together but not be too wet.
4. Form your cookies using a non-stick mini donut pan.
5. Spray with non-stick spray and fill the pan just a little more than halfway.
6. If you don’t have a mini donut pan, you can roll your dough into balls and flatten them into cookies, using a chopstick or piping tip to carve out a hole in the center.
7. Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden brown.
8. Place on a cooling rack to cool.
Prepare the Chocolate Coating
1. In a bowl, add your coconut oil and dark chocolate.
2. Microwave in 15 second intervals until chocolate is melted.
3. Dip the bottom of your cookies into the chocolate and allow to dry on the cooling rack.
Prepare the Coconut Caramel Topping
1. In a pan over low heat, add your coconut flakes.
2. Stir occasionally to toast the coconut flakes.
3. Once toasted, add Nature’s Charm Coconut Salted Caramel Sauce.
4. Take about a teaspoon of the coconut caramel mixture and spread it on the top of each cookie.
5. Drizzle with extra chocolate and enjoy at room temperature.
