- 4 large avocados
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 2 small Persian cucumbers
- 2 Scallions, thinly sliced
- 6 oz imitation crab
- 1 tbsp Furikake seasoning
- 4 oz Wonton wrappers
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Sriracha, for serving

Preparing the Guacamole
1. In a large bowl, mash together the avocado, soy sauce, wasabi, mayo, ginger (if using) and lime.
2. Add the cucumber, scallions, crab and Furikake seasoning and gently stir.
3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Frying the Wonton Wrappers
1. Fill a pot with about 2 inches of oil.
2. Fry the wonton wrappers until golden brown on both sides.
3. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels and sprinkle with Furikake seasoning.
Serving the Dish
1. Garnish the top of the guacamole with crab meat, scallions, Furikake seasoning and/or sriracha.
2. Serve with the wonton chips and enjoy!
