- 1 cabbage
- 1 Yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 3 Carrots, peeled
- 1 Red bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 c Scallions, chopped
- 6 clove Garlic, finely minced
- 3 thyme sprigs
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp vegetable seasoning
- 1 tsp Flora and Mana herb seasoning
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Unsalted butter

Preparation of ingredients
1. In a large saucepan, add the butter and olive oil.
2. Once the butter melts, add your cabbage.
3. Gradually stir the cabbage around until it reduces in size.
4. Add your scallions, peppers, onions, carrots, and mix.
5. Add your seasonings.
6. Once mixed, add your minced garlic and thyme.
7. The cabbage will steam and cook.
1. Cook for 20 minutes.
