Crab Mix
- 0.5 lb jumbo lump crab
- 0.25 c mayo
- 0.5 c red and yellow peppers
- 0.5 c chopped spinach
- 2 tbsp Old Bay
- 4 salmon filets
- 2 tsp Old Bay
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Onion powder
Garlic Butter
- 0.5 stick Unsalted butter, melted
- 3 clove crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley

1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.
2. On a baking sheet place salmon filets skin side down.
3. Season salmon with old bay, garlic powder, onion powder (to your desired liking)
4. In a small bowl, using a spoon, mix clean crab, mayo, peppers, spinach and old bay seasoning.
5. Make garlic butter mixture.
6. Once garlic butter is mixed, use a basting brush to spread the mixture on top of the salmon.
7. Use a spoon to make a lump of crab on top of your salmon.
1. Bake in the oven at 350° Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
2. Finish with more garlic butter and enjoy!
