- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.5 c Brown sugar, packed
- 0.5 c regular sugar
- 1 Large egg
- 1 c Flour
- 150 g milk chocolate, chopped

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350.
Browning the Butter
1. In a medium pan over medium heat, add your 1/2 cup of butter and brown it until the milk solids turn a light amber color and the butter has a nutty aroma.
2. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Mixing Ingredients
1. In a large bowl, mix together your butter, salt, and vanilla.
2. Once fully mixed, add your sugars in and cream them together.
3. Then add your egg and mix until fully smooth.
Adding Flour and Chocolate Chips
1. Fold in your flour and then chocolate chip pieces.
Baking
1. Transfer to a 9x9 baking pan and smooth out the top.
2. Bake for 18 minutes or until lightly golden brown on top.
Serving
1. Let the blondies cool for 15 minutes before serving.
2. Enjoy!
