- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 oz Brie, cut into 16 pieces
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil
- 0.25 c Breadcrumbs
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 tsp Onion powder
- 0.5 tsp Dried thyme
- Avocado oil spray
- Cranberry sauce, for serving

1. Preheat an air fryer to 400ºF.
2. Divide the ground beef into 16 equal portions.
3. Place a cheese cube in the middle of each portion.
4. Rub the avocado oil on the palm of your hands to make it easier to roll and form each portion into a meatball stuffed with the cheese.
5. Make sure to seal very well.
Preparing the Breadcrumb Mixture
1. In a shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme.
2. Roll each meatball in the breadcrumb mixture and set aside.
Cooking the Meatballs
1. Transfer the meatballs to the air fryer and arrange in a single layer.
2. You may need to cook in two batches.
3. Spray the meatballs with the avocado oil cooking spray.
4. Cook until the meatballs are browned and the internal temperature of the beef reaches 160°F, 5-7 minutes total.
1. Serve the meatballs with cranberry sauce for dipping, if desired.
