- 1 beet
- 1 c Quinoa, boiled
- 2 clove Garlic, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin, ground
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Tahini, depending on thickness, use less if it's very dense
- 0.5 Lemon, juiced
- 0.5 tsp Salt, or to taste
- 0.5 tsp Pepper, or to taste

Preparing the burger mixture
1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients except for the quinoa and pulse a few times until a chunky texture is achieved.
2. Combine the mixture with the quinoa and let it sit for a few minutes.
