Banana Bread
- 4 Bananas, ripe
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 0.5 c Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 0.75 c Oil
- 0.25 c water
- 2.5 c Flour
- 0.5 tsp pink salt
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 0.5 c Walnuts, and a handful to go on top
- 0.5 c Chocolate chips

1. Preheat your oven to 350F degrees.
2. Line your loaf pan with a parchment paper.
3. Set it aside.
Mixing the Ingredients
1. In a mixing bowl add wet ingredients, mix and move it aside.
2. In a large bowl mix dry ingredients.
3. Now add the wet ingredients to dry.
4. Do not over mix.
1. Pour into a loaf pan and add extra nuts on top.
2. Now bake it for 60 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
3. Cover it with foil for the last 15 minutes so it not only cooks through but doesn’t get extra brown.
