For the apples
- 6 apples
- 2 Tbs Brown sugar, to coat apples
- 1 tsp ground
- 1 tsp Lemon juice, to coat apples
For the topping
- 1 cup quick oats
- 3 Tbs Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 6 Tbs margarine
- 1 Tbs Honey, optional

1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Cut apples in half, remove core and seeds with a small paring knife or spoon.
3. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place apples on baking sheet. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Brush mixture over top of the apples.
4. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all of the topping ingredients.
5. Add the topping mixture on top of each apple. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Check on apples at 20 mins!
6. Remove from oven and top with honey.
7. Serve and enjoy!
