- 6 Tbs Olive oil
- 2 Tbs Lemon juice
- pinch salt flower and fresh black pepper
- 2 Tbs Garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 4 tuna steaks
- 2 cup Chambray potatoes, quartered and cooked in water
- 2 cup Green beans, blanched and with the edges trimmed
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F
2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and thyme. Split half of this mixture and place on a sealable bag with the tuna steaks to marinate. In the other half of marinade, add the potatoes and coat well.
3. Place the potatoes and green beans on one side of a baking tray, and on the other half place the tuna steaks with the lemon slices. Bake for 6 minutes, turn the tuna and bake for 6 more minutes.
4. Serve the tuna with potatoes and green beans sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
