Directions

Preparing the Sweet Potatoes
1. Scrub and wash the sweet potatoes, especially if you're planning to eat the skins (the skins are absolutely edible after cooking and delicious!).
2. Steam for 15 minutes, until soft to touch but still maintain some firmness.
3. Slice them into 2 inch rounds, transfer onto your air fryer rack or drawer.
Adding the Toppings and Air Frying
1. Spray with some oil, and sprinkle a layer of brown sugar on top.
2. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, or 15 if you want the sugar to brown some more.
3. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top while the sugar is still bubbling when you just take them out.
Enjoying the Dish
1. Enjoy hot or cold, careful not to burn your tongue because they're hot inside!
