Ice Cream Mochi
- 0.5 c Ice cream, melted
- 0.5 c glutinous rice flour

Preparation of Ice Cream
1. Scoop your favorite ice cream, cover with cling film as a sphere and freeze until rock solid.
Preparation of Mochi Dough
1. In a pan, add the melted ice cream and glutinous rice flour. (I added a drop of red gel food color to make it pink, you don't have to do that!)
2. Mix until combined.
3. Mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed.
Shaping the Mochi Ice Cream
1. On a clean surface, dust corn flour and transfer the dough.
2. Flatten the dough and add frozen ice cream in the middle.
3. Cover and pinch the mochi dough together; remove the excess dough.
4. Freeze until set (at least for 30 minutes).
