Main Ingredients
- 45 g glutinous rice flour
- 10 g Corn starch
- 30 g Sugar
- 80 g milo milk
- 10 g Butter
- 0.25 c whipping cream
- 2 tbsp milo powder

Preparing the Dough
1. In a bowl, add glutinous rice flour, corn starch, sugar and Milo milk.
2. Mix until combined; Filter and transfer to a pan.
3. Add butter; Mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed.
4. Knead until stretchy. (It'll be hot, so let it cool a bit and knead by stretching)
5. Dust corn flour and transfer the mochi.
6. Divide, dust corn flour and flatten the dough.
Adding the Filling and Final Touches
1. Add Milo whipped cream in the middle, cover and pinch the dough together.
2. Cut off the excess mochi and dust corn flour to prevent sticking.
3. Sprinkle Milo powder on top.
4. Enjoy!
