Viral Dream Cake Recipe (with Video)

Pudding Preparation
1. In a pan, add corn starch, sugar, cocoa powder and some of the milk. Mix until combined.
2. Add the remaining milk and mix until combined.
3. Mix and cook on medium heat until it thickens. Keep it aside.
Mousse Preparation
1. In a bowl, add cold whipping cream and sugar.
2. Mix until stiff peaks are formed.
3. Add melted chocolate and mix until combined. Keep it aside.
Dream Cake Assembly
1. In a mould, add a layer of chocolate cake and press until even. If the cake is dry, soak it with some chocolate milk or sugar syrup.
2. Add the pudding evenly on top as the second layer.
3. Add the mousse evenly on top as the third layer. Freeze until you melt the chocolate.
4. Add melted chocolate evenly on top of the mousse as the fourth layer.
5. Refrigerate until it hardens.
6. Dust cocoa powder on top as the fifth layer.
