Pork Recipe
- 2.5 lb pork shoulder/butt
- 1 bundle Green onion, cut into 1" pieces
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 5 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Sugar
- Black pepper
- 6 clove Garlic, smashed
- 3 tbsp dark sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 0.75 tbsp chicken powder
- 3 tbsp Lemongrass, minced
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 0.5 Shallots, minced

Preparation of Pork
1. Slice the pork shoulder/butt into thin slices.
2. Season the sliced pork with green onions, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, garlic, dark sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken powder, lemongrass, condensed milk, and shallots.
3. Allow marinating for at least 1 hour (overnight would be best).
Preparation for Baking
1. Pre-heat your oven to 375 F.
2. Add 2 tbsp of oil to the marinated meat and combine.
3. Skewer the meats.
4. Bake the meat for 25-30 mins.
5. Then switch to broil for an additional 15 mins or until meat burns on the edges.
Serving Instructions
1. Serve with rice vermicelli, lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumbers, Vietnamese herbs, fish sauce dipping sauce, and peanuts.
