Ingredients

Veggie “Chick’n”
- 12 oz Oyster mushrooms, fresh
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 0.25 tsp Thyme
- 0.25 tsp Oregano
- 0.5 tsp Paprika, smoked
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp Onion
- 0.25 tsp Mustard
- 0.5 tsp Salt
Caesar Dressing
- 0.5 c Cashews
- 0.25 c water
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 0.25 tsp dulse flakes
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 Medjool date
- 0.25 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt, or to your taste
- 0.5 tsp Parsley
Ranch
- 0.5 c hemp seeds
- 1 c Cashews, soaked
- 0.75 c water
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1 Medjool date
Crust
- 1.333 c Almond flour
- 1 c arrowroot starch
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.75 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- 7 tbsp water, add more as needed

Directions

Prepare No-Chick'n
1. Heat cast iron skillet to medium-high heat.
2. Add mushrooms.
3. Use a burger press or other weighted pan to press and encourage mushrooms to release their water.
4. Once most of the water has cooked off, add the spice mixture and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
Prepare Ranch Dressing
1. Combine ingredients in a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
Prepare the Crust
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
4. Press or roll out until less than ¼ inch thick.
5. Thinner is better with this crust.
6. Par-bake at 375 F for 10 minutes.
Assemble and Bake
1. Top pizza crust with plenty of ranch dressing.
2. Add vegan chicken, onions and peppers.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
4. Do not over bake.
5. Optional: Drizzle with oil-free, sugar-free BBQ sauce.
