Portobello Steaks
- 2 large portobello caps
- 1 tsp Sage
- 0.5 tsp garlic granules
- 0.5 tsp onion granules
- 0.25 tsp Pepper
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
Ranch Dressing
- 0.25 c hemp seeds
- 0.5 c raw cashews
- 0.5 c water
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp garlic granules
- 0.5 tsp onion granules
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1 soft Medjool date
Veggies
- 2 c mixed greens
- 0.5 pint Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.333 c Bell peppers, sliced
- 0.25 c red onions
- 0.25 c olives

Directions

Prepare the Dressing
1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
Prepare the Mushrooms
1. Prepare 2 large portobello caps using the pressing technique shown in the video.
2. Combine spices for the dry rub.
3. Once the portobello caps are cooked, rub on the seasoning.
4. Add back to the pan briefly, taking care not to burn spices.
Finish and Serve
1. Slice portobello mushrooms into strips.
2. Combine vegetables for salad.
3. Top with portobello mushrooms and ranch dressing.
4. Enjoy!
