- 3 Tomatoes, medium-sized, peeled, finely chopped
- 1 long red pepper
- 1 long green pepper
- 0.5 Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 c Parsley leaves, finely chopped
Dressing
- 1 clove Garlic, finely diced
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 tsp dried mint
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt, or to taste
- 0.5 tsp Pepper, or to taste

Directions

Preparing the vegetables
1. Finely chop all vegetables.
2. The word “ezme” means “mashed”, so everything should be chopped very small and well mixed together as shown in the video.
Preparing the dressing
1. For the dressing simply combine all ingredients until you have a thick dark paste.
2. Mix well with the vegetables.
