- 2 c gluten free pretzels
- 0.75 c vegan/plant based butter
- 3 Tbsp Granulated sugar
Cream Cheese Layer
- 8 oz dairy free cream cheese
- 1 c Granulated sugar
- 1 8 oz container dairy free whipped topping
Jell-O Layer
- 1 6 oz package strawberry Jell-O
- 2 c water, boiling
- 2 c fresh strawberries

Preparation of Oven
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Jello and Strawberry Mixture
1. In a bowl, whisk together boiling water and jello until jello is completely dissolved.
2. Add the sliced strawberries.
3. Place in the refrigerator.
Pretzel Crust Preparation
1. In a medium bowl, mix pretzel crust ingredients.
2. Press into lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
3. Bake for 8 minutes.
4. Cool completely.
Filling Preparation
1. In a medium bowl or stand mixer, beat filling ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth consistency.
2. Spread over pretzel crust.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or more.
Jello Topping
1. Spread jello topping over cream cheese filling.
2. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or until firm.
