- 6 c cooked rice
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Shallots, diced
- 3 garlic bulbs
- 1 c bean sprouts
- 1 Green onions, bunch, diced
- 1 tsp MSG
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp dark soy
- 2 tbsp light soy
- 2 tsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Sugar

Prepare the Sauce
1. Whisk the sauce together and microwave for one minute.
Prepare the Eggs
1. Beat the three eggs then add about 1 tsp of Shaoxing wine.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok or skillet then scramble the eggs and set to the side.
Prepare the Vegetables
1. Heat another tablespoon of olive oil then add in the shallots and bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes.
2. Add in the garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Set to the side.
Prepare the Rice
1. Heat another tablespoon of vegetable oil then add in the cooked day old rice.
2. Stir for about 3 minutes to coat the rice in the oil and heat the rice fully.
3. Mix in the sauce then eggs, shallots, bean sprouts and garlic.
4. Season to taste with MSG or salt.
5. Cook for about 5 minutes stirring continuously.
6. Stir in green onions.
7. Serve while hot and enjoy.
