Ingredients

Dumplings
- 8-10 dumplings
- 1 tbsp Oil
- chili oil
- Cilantro
Spicy Peanut Sauce
- 0.25 c creamy peanut butter
- 2 clove Garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp chili crunch
- 2-4 tbsp water, use more or less to achieve desired consistency

Directions

For the dumplings
1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add frozen dumplings and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
3. Pour in water, enough to submerge the dumplings halfway.
4. Cover and reduce heat to medium.
5. Steam for about 15 minutes or until water almost evaporates.
For the spicy peanut sauce
1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, grated garlic, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili crunch, and water until smooth.
For the final assembly
1. Add the spicy peanut sauce to a plate and arrange the cooked dumplings on top.
2. Drizzle with chili oil for extra heat and garnish with cilantro.
