- 2 lb Salmon Fillet
- JuneBug’s Hallelujah Sauce
- Favorite All purpose seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Olive oil

1. Remove the skin from the salmon.
2. Cut the salmon into 3 equal strips starting about an inch and a half from the top.
3. Rub olive oil on the salmon then season.
4. Braid the salmon tightly then use a toothpick at the ends to keep together.
5. Place on a wire rack then into a grill heated to 225-250 degrees.
6. Cook for about 25 minutes, checking the temperature halfway.
7. Once the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 115, glaze the Salmon with JuneBug’s Hallelujah Sauce.
8. Let it continue to cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 125 degrees.
9. Remove it from the grill, let rest then slice in and enjoy!
