- 1 Broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Oregano
- 0.5 tsp Basil
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 0.25 tsp crushed red pepper
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Pepper
- 0.5 c Parmesan cheese, grated

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Steam the broccoli for 4-5 minutes until soft and bright green. Place on the prepared parchment paper, making sure they are not touching. Use a cup to smash the broccoli until flattened.
3. Combine the olive oil, oregano, basil, paprika, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
4. Brush the oil mixture evenly over the broccoli.
5. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and crispy.
