Ingredients

Pork Shoulder or Pork Butt
- 4 lbs pork shoulder
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 0.75 c Orange juice, fresh
- 0.5 c Lime juice, fresh
- 1 Orange, zested
- 1 Lime, zested
- 0.5 c Olive oil
- 8 clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 tsp Ground cumin
- 0.25 c Cilantro, chopped (or parsley if you don't like cilantro)

Directions

Instructions
1. Make slits in the pork with a paring knife.
2. Place pork in the slow cooker, add all ingredients, ensuring the pork is coated.
3. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 8, until tender.
4. Serve as is or make a quick sauce.
5. For a crispy crust, transfer pork to a baking sheet, bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
6. Let it rest, then shred. Serve with juices or sauce.
7. I made it a bowl with cabbage, beans, rice, avocado, tomatoes and red onion.
