- 2 blocks Udon, frozen, around 400g
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seed
- 3 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 Green onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil

Boiling the Udon
1. Boil the udon and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
1. In a bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, and sesame seeds.
Cooking the Aromatics
1. In a small pan, add the vegetable oil over medium heat.
2. Add in the chopped green onion and let it cook for one minute.
3. Add in the minced garlic and let it cook for 30 seconds.
Combining the Ingredients
1. Pour the oil into the bowl with the sauce and mix it well.
2. Add the udon noodles into the sauce and mix well.
3. Add some water if the sauce is too thick for your liking.
