- 500 grams Potatoes, Washed and halved
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Salt
Simple Greek Yogurt Dip
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives, chopped

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
2. Put the washed and halved potatoes in a large pot and drizzle over olive oil
3. In a small bowl, combine spices and add to the pot. Now shake until potatoes are evenly covered in spices
4. Spread potatoes on a baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes until they are getting wrinkly. Enjoy with sour cream or yogurt dip
