- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- 3 clove Garlic, thinly sliced
- 1.5 cup Lentils, cooked in water and drained
- 1 cup Green beans, sliced in thirds
- 1 cup Kale, without stems and chopped
- 1 cup Quinoa, cooked
- 1 Lemon
- pinch salt and fresh black pepper
- 4 Salmon loins, with skin, approx. 120g each

1. Heat a tbsp of olive oil in a pan and add the garlic slices; cook for a few minutes before it starts to brown. Add the green peas and stir until they turn bright green. Stir in the lentils and sauté until they lightly brown.
2. Remove from the fire and add the kale, quinoa, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Heat the rest of the oil in a pan and sear the salmon for 4 minutes on each side or until they are the term you like the best.
4. Split the quinoa around 4 bowls and place a salmon loin on top of each.
5. Share and enjoy.
1. You can enjoy this bowl replacing the cereal for whole-grain rice, wheat, or even lentil sprouts for a different flavor.
