- 0.667 cups Pistachios, + 1/3 cup flour
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 0.667 cups Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.5 cup powder sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest

Instructions for the cake batter
1. Blend pistachios and flour until smooth.
2. Then add butter and make a whipped butter mixture.
3. Now move it to a bowl.
4. Time to add eggs, milk, sugar, lemon zest.
5. Mix it well with a whisk.
6. Finally combine flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder and salt.
7. Mix well but don’t over mix.
Instructions for baking and cooling
1. Cover the cake pan with parchment paper and add the batter.
2. Bake for 60 minutes or until the fork comes out clean.
3. Let it completely cool down before frosting it.
4. Enjoy!
